Long ago, when the coast of the wild west was being settled by the first cowboys and pioneers, the wild equines of the west were in grave danger. Their heritage, their home, their pride; everything was being destroyed. And so when they all gathered by the seaside for a meeting, the clouds parted to reveal the Gods and Godesses that watched over them. They struck the sea with lightning, and up came a passage of earth that only equine legs could cross. When all had crossed the ocean to the mysterous island, the Gods and Godesses struck the passage, breaking it into a million pieces, and made sure that no man would ever reach the island. But man grewadvanced; ships, airplanes, and cars were invented, and the Gods began to worry. But back on Blue Horizon Island, the horses were safe, and the Gods and Godesses knew that no matter what, they had to protect them. And so they waited..
